It is a simple questionnaire that activates a powerful direction of our mentoring sessions and means we can get started immediately. 

What I have learnt is to facilitate real change, to really support my clients and create a healthy partnership, which enables sustainable growth a longer strategy day, before our mentoring starts really kick starts their mentoring journey.  It defines the basis of all our work and is the catalyst to four months of continued growth.
